McGill or Ivey HBA?

I'm currently a McGill freshman in the Faculty of Arts, planning on majoring in economics. I'm realizing that the University of Western Ontario Ivey HBA program is a better program than the one I'm in now, even though McGill has the better international reputation. Would it be worth the transfer? What would my chances of getting accepted into Ivey be?

As far as I know, there are at least a handful of students who apply into Ivey after first year from other universities, but is it more common (and is it smarter) to transfer into Ivey after second year?

Although a career in business, particularly finance, is a goal of mine, I'm slightly more inclined towards law school. I'd preferably want a degree that would allow me to pursue both.

Any input would be much appreciated.
