McGill or Northeastern?

Hey all!! I was accepted to McGill a while back and assumed that’s where I would attend, however I recently heard from Northeastern and it turns out they will cost about the same. I plan to major in political science/international relations (my long-term goal is US ambassador to the UN - pretty unrealistic but it gives an idea of what I want in my future).

Does anyone have any input on these two schools and each of their polisci/IR programs? I’m having a lot of trouble

Northeastern has a great advantage with the co-op program, which will allow you to work in places internationally, in DC, or anywhere else you end up getting an offer in. The IR program is well reputed and you’d graduate with good experience in the field via co-op.

I can’t speak to McGill’s program so please let someone else add there and weigh both programs of course
