So I'm a Canadian student and I just submitted my application tonight. I was looking at the requirement for major entrance scholarships and saw that for IB students they're expected to have a minimum of a 6.9 average in their courses.

Is this for real? It's impossible to have a 6.9 unless you have a perfect score. I have a 40/42 which I thought would be reasonable for major scholarships, but I mean what does McGill expect?
