Help! I am debating between Johns Hopkins and McGill. I really liked the Johns Hopkins campus, the community feel, and I would definitely hope to major in writing seminars which is amazing there but I'm a little worried about the people/social life at JHU. McGill is in Montreal which is amazing and there seems to be great diversity in the student body. They don't really have a strong writing program though based on what I know. I'm a work hard play hard kinda girl. I like going to concerts, film festivals, etc..and I feel like that would be more possible at McGill. But I also feel like the JHU reputation would be best for my career..
any advice??
Thank you so much in advance!!

Tough choice. On location alone, McGill beats JHU easily. But for your particular program of choice, JHU may be better. In the end, there is no wrong choice. Your university experience is what you will make of it, and both are overall great schools. You need to decide which aspects of college experience have the most value to you.
