I have been accepted to both McGill and Queens in Canada. For Queens it's a special first year in England program. I don't know where to go, possible majors I 'm considering:
Econ
International Relations
Law ( later on)

also take into consideration that I value the professor/student interaction, student body diversity, the MUN clubs, how the library is ( my fav place in the world :)), and study abroad options. Name recognition is somewhat important and I might return to Asia ( maybe Hong Kong) after graduation.

Mcgill definitely for your interests...plus Montreal is a great city and the school is in the middle of it. The only thing better about Queens is that it offers a more traditional campus more like a US school.

Queen’s all the way! It’s a much more intimate setting compared to McGill, so you’ll get the student/professor interaction that you’re looknig for. The exchange program is wonderful (a CASTLE in England, for goodness sake!), and the libraries… Have you done a campus tour? Stauffer library was a huge reason why I chose to go to Queen’s. It’s absolutely beautiful. And the Harry Potter room on the 7th floor of Douglas? To die for… Especially if you’re a Harry Potter lover, like me As far as name recognition goes, you’ll be fine in that department whether you choose Queen’s or McGill. I was also accepted to both (along with UWO, Carleton, UOttawa and UofT), and after touring them, I was dead set on Queen’s. It all boils down to where you feel the most at home. No matter what, you’re going to receive an excellent education.
Good luck, and hope to see you at Queen’s! :)
