<p>a lot difference between these two universites, because they are in different countries. but still some similarities. both of them have over 30000 undergraduates; very cold; quite nice campus and maybe similar admission standard. i'm quite match with these two universities but i wonder if there have a kind of spiriit exist in these "huge school"? and which one do you prefer?</p>

<p>McGill University is a very heavy drinking culture school. So, yes, lots of "spirits" at McGill.</p>

<p>Maybe, but McGill is considered to be of a professional calibre in this respect.</p>
<p>I would say, from my experience, that Canadians overall are heavier drinkers than Americans. They also pay a LOT more for their spirits. The taxes are brutal!</p>

<p>McGill has about 23,000 undergrads, not over 30,000.</p>
