<p>What if someone really wanted to get into McGill, and had a helluva admission essay and prof. rec. letter.... Would they still just send in the transcript and numbers and cross their fingers? Is there any point in sending a letter or essay anyway?</p>
<p>And... uh... excuse me for being clueless about this topic, but if I transfered to McGill as a flat-broke 24 year old junior and I am a US citizen... I could kiss any chance of financial aid or scholarship award goodbye, right? (Because its Canada and because there are not so many scholarships available to transfer students?)</p>
