I am a junior and I simply want to practice. I am trying to be accurate and finish in time and I needed a book that simply had practice tests and not strategies. Do you think it is okay for me to take the practice tests in this book? I have heard some mixed reviews on it.

no it's really bad

Why is it bad? I just bought it, but if it is bad I will return it! Also what other ways to study do you recommend? I also want to just study from practice tests, but there isn't one giant book with REAL act practice tests and I already have the red book with three real ones!

The 10 McGraw Hill one sucks really bad dude. The math is in no way alike to the real thing. Bring it back.

Go to you counselor and he/she will give some REAL old ones with the answers. I found the tests in the Princeton Review Cracking the ACT to be pretty alike (you only get 2). But yeah, I use real tests. Thats the best way.

Thanks stevped! Didn't know I could get real ACT tests from the counselor! Definitely will look into that!

I'd say the book was decent, it helped (in addition to other books) get me 30.
