<p>Does Hopkins offer any advantage to students recognized in this program in admissions or merit-based aide? Is there a fee waiver for the application?</p>
<p>The only advantage is that we waive the application fee for semi-finalists and finalists of the Maryland Distinguished Scholars program. Applicants must submit a copy of their semi-finalist or finalist status and request the fee waiver for it to be processed.</p>
