In reviewing the meal plan options, I need some insider help. If you plan to live on campus and you aren’t currently a big eater, favorite snack is microwave popcorn (can have fridge and microwave in room?), I’m thinking the declining balance would be the best route. You can eat any place, including dining halls, right? I’m not clear on what are the limitations of the Declining Balance option? Any one got any guidance? Thanks.
Yeah declining balance is basically a debit card for all places to eat on campus. It saves tax so its a few dollars here and there.
