Meal Plan Question

Do your meal plan balances carry over? I'm having trouble with mine right now...it's saying that I have no money on my plan, even though I got charged for one on my bill for the spring 2011 semester. Anyway, I don't know how much money I have (or am supposed to have) on my plan. At the meal plan office, I got a really rude woman who told me balances do not carry over from semester to semester, but I overheard another man working at the meal plan office tell another student that balances do carry over. So I'm a little confused.

Also, not sure if this makes a difference, I'm a full-time student, and I live on campus in CIW. I know that there's a special meal plan for commuters.

if you hit the “meal plans” link at the top, it will also give you a drop down menu where there is a link for account access – you should be able to access your account on line.
and here is link to info about the different residential plans – [Welcome, Dining Services, Binghamton University](8181801威尼斯(vip认证)-百度百科)
if you check you student account on line you can see which plan you were billed for for the spring – there is a default plan they set if you don’t tell them a different one. subtract the operating fee (see the link) from the cost of the plan and that tells you the amount you should have for this semester – not counting any carry over from last semester.
