<p>Hi, so in a week us freshmen will be moving in. I was wondering do we deposit money for the meal plan ourselves or something? I've checked my balance for campus points and it's empty, I don't want to starve till money is applied from my financial aid, etc...</p>

<p>I don’t think the meal plans “go live” until the first day of classes. (You couldn’t come, say, now, and start using points.) That’s why it’s empty.</p>
<p>The subreddit is new to me, but the “Class of 2015” page and main Stony Brook page are both pretty active as well.</p>

<p>Campus Points != Meal Points? I see Campus Points only on that site and somehow 990 was deposited. Also There’s Campus Cash which I know is for other things…</p>
