meal plan

lol ****…what the hell
i don’t know…these meal plans…they seriously need some revision

how are we supposed to eat?
do we buy a minifridge and make sandwhiches everyday?

or buy those $1 microwavable meals lol

well all dorms have a mini fridge correct?

i think i’ll live off korean instant noodles and soda for like half the year
yum! -_-

I dormed in East Lo and Pentland and they all had mini fridge and a microwave. So i believe all dorms have them

Korean non-instant noodles are bad enough -_-

what?! you crazy
Well, it’s not like i love them just because i grew up eating them a lot (i’m korean)
but they still kick top ramen’s ass

I used to love eating ramen but now i hate. I cant even finish a bowl anymore and i eat alot.

Cup of noddles rule specially with some avocados and a drop of tapatio sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeet. Although it’s hard find the shrimps

o man i used to put tapatio in my cup noodles when i was about 8. Those were awesome

I’m Korean

…

…

…

hell yeah i love them when its 25 degrees outside they warm u up

ohh mang…

first off, korean food ftw, 13 years in ktown baby hahah!

I am very sorry to say that it might no longer be $300 more to go from flex10 to flexmax… it was for me at least. Housing costs more now… blame Arnold LOL

Every room in all three reshalls come with a microfridge. its a mini microwave and a minifridge. at Pentland you also have a full sized fridge and microwave at each suite’s lounge.

lets see, what else… flex max, you get it in two installments so you dont blow everything off all at once… so split $3450 by two, and you are in school for 33 weeks, and blah balh… put it this way, i was a pool lil boy from ktown who became mister make it rain for a year when i had flexmax, meaning i never had to worry abt how much im spending or eating or how much im treating ppl out at the cstore or other places oncampus - just to give you a reference [=

the obvious questions are as follows:
what if i run out of dinning dollars before my 2nd installment? you can request to get the 2nd installment early.
When can i switch? early as possible. if you do it too late, then they wont switch you or you better have a dammm good reason.
what if i run out? you wont. if you do, then use real money, or you can add 110 dinning dollars to your card for $100 real money, but no point in doing that.

ps, you learn real fast junkfood and cup noodles are not your friends… then you end up hitting up the rec center like crazy to lose that freshmen 15!!

their is a quiznos so hit up quiznos

2 subways, 2 starbucks, 2 diff frozen yogurt, bunch of boba, pho, mexican, chinese, sushi, fatburger, dennys, del taco, crepe shack, 7/11 (new!), bakers, est. and all of these are within 1/2 mile of campus. like right there on the next street over, Iowa.

taco tuesdays are a big tradition in a lot of the rehalls! and when you get enough drivers in-n-out is the spot! plus chipotle!

is eating food pretty much all there is in riverside?
i mean…unless you wanna drive for like an hour to go skiing and stuff

depends on your taste… you can check out downtown, hit up the movies, as mentioned eat out, kickback at the hookah lounge, drive to bigbear or disneyland, check out the malls, happy hour, botanic garden, thirsty thursdays  etc etc…

this vid was soo made by chass ppl… but still pretty good at showing stuff to do here.

in the spring there’s the Cochella Festival. It’s like an hour away

oo fatburger. i love fat tuesdays haha

I have a feeling that this thread is going to last quite a while. Looks like all highlanders like food lol :)
