Medical Forms

My school never required medical examinations so I am having to take tons of vaccines and stuff due to Mass's law and all that. Can anyone tell me if submitting the form alone is okay or do I have to send them any sort of documentation proving that I got the so so vaccines. Since Chicken pox, MMR and MCV4 are life vaccines I'll need to get them administered at a monthly interval and won't probably be done with them till late August. If I hurry, I was told the resistance isn't build up properly and that they'll make me get another dose of whatever vaccine they think hasn't worked out once I arrive at MHC. How much does getting vaccinated cost there and does the health insurance plan cover it? Can I submit the health forms after I've arrived there? Or should I just mention the dates I am going to take them on the form and submit it before the deadline and take some further documentation from the docs with me later which will prove I have been immunized as planned. If so, what type of documentation is needed?

Hi!
I don't know the specific answers to many of your questions, but I think you'll find more people and better discussions on the MHC Class of 2011 facebook group. It has something like 370 members, and a lot more activity than this site (which happens to be great for some colleges, and dead for others - like MHC). Good luck!

I would suggest that you contact the school directly, rather than depend on opinions of students. You may find a link to e-mail the health center at:

haha, yeah that too. Sorry Tsubie-chan, I wasn't even thinking. For really specific stuff, you should definitely consult mhc directly. I guess I just meant for general discussion and whatnot. Anywho, good luck getting everything sorted out!
