I'm stressed about which path I should take. What do you think? Accounting seems good. Can't decide on which type of engineering. (I love cars and technology though.) I can't decide which medical path either. (Can't decide among Family, Physicians Assistant, RN, Nurse Practitioner, Physical Therapist, Occupation Therapist, and Pharmacy.) There's so many choices and I don't know which one to take. Tell me about pay, stress, economy, satisfaction, and other stuff important. I need your help. Get detailed as possible. Longer the response, the better. Links to webpages would be good too. Thanks!

I think you need to ask yourself why you are interested in each major/career/field, and do some research.
I think there is generally an idealistic view of each career, regardless of what it is. Speak to RN’s or PA, and you’ll see that there job isn’t mainly about “helping” people. You have to deal with other responsibilities and interests that don’t necessarily have to do with “doing” good.
In terms of Engineering, you really have to be interested and passionate about the major because it is very demanding. Are you okay with not having as much as an active life because of your major?
With Accounting, some people may not like the monotonous routine the job may consists of.
