Medicine @ NU?

<p>How is the medical program at northwestern?</p>

<p>Med. School? The program is a tier 2 program (of top schools), I believe.</p>

<p>their med school's in the top 50 that makes it 1st tier.</p>

<p>The premed is pretty good. I also don't consider schools out of the top 15 to be top tier. Such things are relative, however.</p>

<p>It's ranked 20th and has been moving upward, albeit slowly. :)</p>

<p>Since NU does not offer an actual undergrad pre-med program, I don't think any one can comment on how good/bad it is.</p>

<p>Many schools don't have a pre med program. NU is good in the courses that prepare people for med school, however. Here is a list of courses the college recommends:</p>
