Has anyone applied to the Medill journalism summer program at Northwestern? Anyone received a letter yet?
My student applied to the summer film program and we have not heard yet. I was told its not rolling admissions so all decisions now (in the regular decision cycle) do out April 16th via email. Does journalism operate differently?
I emailed the professor and he told me that all letters should be mailed out by the end of march. I think that journalism may be a rolling basis.
Well strangely enough we got an email today–but again about Film. My daughter was accepted to the film production program with a deadline to accept the offer by April 10th. So hopefully you’ll hear about journalism this week!

Just got my acceptance letter! I live in Illinois, so I’m probably one of the first to hear back since it’s all by snail mail.

Hang in there @ylracon --I think most people apply to multiple programs so I’ve heard a lot of people get in from the waitlists.

I got my acceptance letter for the Northwestern-Medill Journalism Institute a while ago but just received my acceptance letter for my first choice summer program today
