Mensa

Any mensa members on here? I'm not, I'm just curious lol.

If I told you I’d have to… well… you know.

Mensa is top 2% of the population;therefore, a lot of us are likely on cc. Not as impressive as you think.

Mensa members wouldn’t be wasting their time on College Confidential.

I doubt they’d be on CC. I’m being serious, why would they come here. Although CC has some Mensa wannabes.

I have a friend in Mensa and he says the “club” is useless. The people who actually do stuff are older adults like 40+.

the real OG geniuses are in the Triple Nine Society anyway

Yes, but I’ll be leaving after this year since it’s pretty pointless for me.

Mensa is so bogus!

Actual mensa members may not be on cc, but I am sure a nice proportion are potential members that could qualify if they were to take the exam and pay the fees.

My school has a club… they give the exam. A brother of mine made it in and we make fun of him.

Totally agree with Vihzel and Toxic93 :D

Yeah. I’m in it, but it really is rather pointless.

Shame their isn’t a similar club for people with a lot of common sense.

A club like that would have far fewer people, and be way more prestigous then Mensa.

True, they’re much more likely to be on a Star Trek or anime forum.

I do like the Mensa book of acrostic puzzles I have, though.

Just throwing this out there, Richard Feynman didn’t qualify to get into MENSA. It’s a load of garbage.

It doesn’t make sense to join Mensa and go to their meetings unless you want to hold conversations about how smart you are. If you really are interested in intellectual pursuits, it is more productive to join a literature club or a science club or a politics club or whatever you are interested in.

And you can do that here on CC, for free.

No, Richard Feynman is a load of garbage.
