Mental exhaustion...

I have a problem....when I take the Science section of the ACT and I'm just sitting down and doing the 35 minute science section, I do really well, ie in the 35-36 range. But, if I'm doing a complete practice ACT, by the time I get to the science section my scores in the science section are very inconsistent (sometimes I'll score in the 29-31 range, other times in the 35-36 range, and other times somewhere in between), and I suspect that this is due to mental exhaustion. I usually do all four sections in a row, with only a 5-10 minute break between the Math and Reading sections (I think there's a 10 minute break between the Math and Reading sections on the real thing)....any ideas on how I can tackle this mental exhaustion in a week?

bump please!

oOOH is it a ten minute break? sweet! well i'd say just, during the break try not to think about the test at all and just close your eyes and think of something else...or just sleep haha. you could also eat. just do what it takes to refresh your mind so you can do your best for the last two sections

man...the last time i ate on the test, i had a huge headache, and i pretty much bomb the reading and science section. my math and English was good though....

yea, when you get the 10 min break, rest your head. that's the best way to use the time i think. it also help calm you down.
