Do colleges require your medical history? like any medical drugs you're on currently or have used previously? how do colleges deal with those who are on antidepressants? im not asking for myself, but on behalf of someone i know. i know colleges probably wont accept any "crazies or weirdos",but yea.. just curious.

Colleges don't have a section for medical history on their applications, but you can put it down on the Additional Info section. Also, a few weeks after you make your decision about where to attend, the college you're going to will send you forms that you have to fill out, which ask for this information.

You don't need to put down that kind of information on your application form. Applicants can, in the additional info section if they want to perhaps explain how the condition has affected their schoolwork, but it's not mandatory.

There was a thread in here from earlier this year where a person talked about whether she should disclose a mental illness he/she had, if you want to read up on the discussion there (I think the condition was bipolar...can't quite remember)
