Sounds perfect.
Hi! I’m actually also in a very similarly position as you a couple months back and sometimes even now. From reading your other threads, I assume you’re a sophomore? (sorry if im wrong) I’m also a sophomore & I was very stressed for the majority of first semester but what I learned through the times where I felt like I needed to give up or when I felt hopeless is to live in the moment. Fours years of your life is not insignificant, if you spend four years of your life worrying and stressing over the future or the past, then you just lost four year of your life. Know that life is more than the numbers on you report card or the social rank you have. There is nothing more satisfying than being happy surrounded by the people you love. Be happy. Yes, life has its ups and downs but we tend to worry about the downs more. Know what you did wrong in the past, correct it and move on. Life is about experiencing, conquering, failing, correcting, and moving on. Everyone has a place in this world and not one place is better than the other. We are all just humans at the end. Live your life to the fullest.
For college stress: like I’ve said before, if you are not satisfied with where you are right now, change it. My number advice is to go out and search for your interest and slowly get more involved in EC’s. Take one step at a time. If you back 10 years from now, you’ll be more happy that’s you started improving rather than just giving up and regretting because that’s going to lead you to regret more.
First step: breathe
