<p>Yes, my d did receive a merit scholarship a few weeks ago also. The cost of attendance is still pretty high, and we are also adding in $1000 to $2000 for the Field Work Term. Is this your d’s top choice right now?</p>
<p>It’s the only LAC she is considering, the others are art colleges. Still not decided. Everyone says that Bennington is the most expensive school, but I think that was long ago before everyone else caught up. Yes, even with the merit scholarship, it is still significant. How about your d? Is this is top choice, or is she still choosing?</p>
<p>She really likes the school, but we are waiting to compare the financial info from all of the schools she applied to before she decides.</p>
