can someone tell me how much money that you don’t have to pay back/ merit does U mass give to the average OOS student?
I was accepted to the CS program in the EA cycle . I have a 32 ACT and won the 12K Chancellors scholarship

Can’t know that for sure. The aid is contingent on also ECs and Essays in addition to your test scores
