Does the University of Chicago continue to offer full tuition merit based scholarships? If so, does anyone know how many and to what type of students? What is the Dolan Scholarship? The College Honors Scholarship?

This is a post from the UChicago rep, dated June, 2012:

Our maximum merit scholarship offered is $15k per year, with the possibility of an additional $2k per year if the student is a National Merit finalist if the student qualifies for need-based financial aid ($1k per year without need-based aid).

I think that in addition to the merit scholarships Cogitate mentioned there are special merit scholarships for graduates of Chicago public schools and children of Chicago police and fire fighters that are potentially full tuition.
