I got my NYU acceptance letter today but I was just wondering whether or not the merit scholarship information arrives in the same package. Does that usually arrive separately in it's own envelope at a later time?

you have to set up your nyu home account (there should be a paper about it in the acceptance packet) and follow the instructions to view your financial aid online, but it hasn't worked for me yet (i tried today and yesterday)

hmm..thats weird. i got my merit based scholarship in my acceptance package. the trustee scholarship is merit based right? do they send other ones separately?

I have a question - are you able to apply for NYU scholarships the next year as well?

Iwinnnn, I called NYU with that same question. The answer was that yes, it would be included with the admissions packet.

According to admissions....all merit and financial aid is in the packet. There is merit aid that is not need based and "merit" aid that is part of the financial aid package and you will only get if you qualify for financial aid.
