i got accepted to uconn a while back, and i am waiting for the fasfa before i make any decisions. but i am a little confused as to why i got absolutely no money from uconn. i was eligible for the leadership scholarship as i got an 1170 on my sats and in the top 7% of my class- the qualifications for that scholarship were 1100 sat and top 15% of the class. i also applied by priority deadline. if i had recieved any money from them wouldnt it have come with my acceptance letter?

they say u need an 1100 but there looking for a 1350

^ not true

I got a 1250 but I got it. I'm in-state though so they mught take that into account.

but did you get a scholarship? thats what we were talking about

yeah i dunno.
i got a 1260. school doesn't rank.
and i got 10380 a year.

10380....?

typo?

nope. $10,380/yr for $41,520/four years. I got the leadership scholarship.

completely misread that. for some reason i thought you said all years.

10,380 a year makes sense

and, congratulations. is uconn your first or second choice?

Yes, I got it. Mine was ~$6,000 a year.

so if you didnt get anything with your acceptance letter does that mean you wont get anything at all besides the fafsa
