<p>So I got the invitation to join the CHP and I was admitted to the university today, but nowhere on the website did it say anything about any merit scholarships or anything of the sort. I didn't receive any letters for the Regent's or Chancellor's yet. Am I still eligible for some merit scholarships? Cost is a big factor, and it'd be really nice to get some scholarships. Does anyone know if they announce some merit scholarships later? I'm a bit thrown off because I thought with CHP being only offered to a small percentage of students, those (CHP students) would be the kids they'd give the merit scholarships to. Anyways, anybody have any ideas as to how the whole scholarship thing works?</p>
<p>UCI has Merit Scholarships you can apply for that are listed on the UCI website.</p>
<p>Not all students invited to CHP end up getting scholarships, but a good amount of them do. I don't know what their timetable is on sending those out, though.</p>
