<p>has anyone gotten notification of merit scholarships especially from the engineering department? Please list date of notification, amount of merit scholarship and stats.</p>
<p>I am wondering the same thing as Eagle (more than a month after his original post!). Has anyone who applied to engineering gotten notification of a merit scholarship within the last few weeks?</p>

<p>I actually checked up today and to my surprise there was a "MICHIGAN SCHOLAR AWARD"! for 5k! More reasons for me to go to UMich!</p>

<p>I applied to LSA, and I got the Michigan Scholar Award ($20K over 4 years) and the LSA Scholarship ($60K over 4 years). I just got the LSA yesterday.</p>
<p>RJ, could you please list your qualifications for why you think you might have gotten these? I am really interested in the process by which uMich decides these things.</p>
