Trying to decide between these two lesser-known MA schools for electrical engineering. US News rankings Merrimack at 60th for best undergraduate engineering programs where a doctorate isn't offered, and Suffolk at 155th (though I've heard USNews has limited reliability with these things?). Merrimack has been ABET accredited since the 70s, whereas Suffolk has only been so since 2002 or something. Suffolk does seem to have professors with degrees from more prestigious institutions (largely MIT), though Merrimack has an enticing coop program... Anybody have any info/suggestions/experience with/for these two? Any info on reputation/job opportunities would be great

To be honest i am not familiar with either of those schools.
Maybe you can contact the career center at each of those schools and ask them about job placement statistics, or which companies come to recruit. You could also get in touch with some grad students and ask them about their experiences.
