Messed up Freshman Year. Should I even try to stick to pre med?

I wanted to be a Physics Major with a pre med track but realizing that I have been getting C's and D's in my physics and calculus classes that Physics is too demanding for me and changed to Philosophy. But now I have a C in both semesters of Physics and D in calculus. Im gonna start taking Bio and Chem classes next year but I also had a bad year overall since I currently have only 2 A's on my transcript and 3 C's and a D.

Looking back, I honestly had such a bad year due to overwhelming changes college required in relation to my study skills, time management skills, and suffering from general burnout. Im now officially adjusted to college but my grades say otherwise. Do I honestly even stand a chance for med school now or can i make up for it sophomore and junior year?

like I said in the other thread.

Do not expect to apply for med school in your Jr. Year, this is not HS. Most students take a gap year.
