Miami of Ohio VS OSU for Public Health

The deadline is only 10 days away and I’m desperate to figure out what to do so I made an account to get an outsiders perspective on this. I recieved a merit scholarship to Miami of ohio of around 21k a year meaning my parents would only pay 8 thousand dollars a year. I like Miami’s campus but feel I would not fit in well with the student body because they tend to be more conservative and predominately white (I’m hispanic). I want to go into public health and possibly go onto nursing and it scared me that they don’t have an official nursing program only pre-med. I got into both the honors and scholars programs at Miami.
I loved everything about OSU but didn’t receive any aid. Their nursing program is nationally ranked and they have great science programs which I like. But the giant class sizes and TA’s put me off. I also like that it’s in Columbus so theres always lots to do compared to Oxford.
My question is, does a degree from OSU look that much better to grad schools or employers than one from Miami? And if it’s worth it to pay full tuition at OSU to get into a nursing program that Miami of Ohio doesn’t even have?

My parents can pay full tuition at OSU but then would not be able to pay for my grad school or masters if I decided to go onto do that which is also a part of my decision.
Any insight would help!
Thank you so much!

Also forgot to add: I missed the deadline to apply for honors at OSU because I didn’t have my highest SAT score back yet. Should that affect my decision at all?
Thanks again!
