I got the acceptance letter too today, but I’m just wondering when the scholarships get released.
@skyrimislife Sorry I don’t know anything about scholarships! But just out of curiosity, did you get anything on the applicant status page before you got the letter?
@hbrunner I would say that October is early. I submitted mine on October 17th.

Does everyone who received snail mail live close to school? We are out of state. Applied early and are above averages.
There wasn’t any financial info or honors program information in the acceptance letter. He applied Oct 29th I believe and we are in state.
I applied late August, with everything in by early September. My stats are in the upper end of the general university, and in the middle of FSB. I’m from Illinois, and I am really hoping to hear back soon! I really regret not doing ED, but I heard Miami sent out tons of acceptance letters to EA and RD this week, so fingers crossed that one of those red envelopes is addressed to me!
@skyrimislife, How far away do you live from campus? I live in Central Ohio, 2.5 hours away and nothing in today’s mail… hoping maybe tomorrow?

@Zemaitis32 That was me. My co-worker said he had a photo of his daughter with her acceptance letter last year on 12/20. I now realize that was a Sunday, so doesn’t make sense. Sorry! Hopefully letters come soon.
im from wisconsin and hoping to be accepted! do you think something could come in the mail tomorrow (my birthday and that would be the best birthday gift ever!!) or friday?

They came on 12/20 two years ago. 2014. That was a Saturday.
I am going to check the status page at midnight, 15 minutes from now. With the Early Decision group, some of the Southwest Ohio applicants got their letters before the status page updated at midnight. Central Ohio received letters the next day… Hoping that maybe tonight, at midnight, the status page will update and maybe get a letter tomorrow… fingers crossed 
The applicant status page is still not updated for my son, even though we received his acceptance via postal mail yesterday, so hang in there everyone!

@aslerl - I think it’s just snail mail delivery time. It takes longer the farther you live from Oxford, particularly at Christmas time.
