<p>Do you mean Miami University in Ohio, or the University of Miami in Florida?</p>
<p>I am talking about Miami Ohio</p>
<p>I know the trumpet teacher is very well thought of and very active in the trumpet world. I hear that it is very rural (that sometimes is a negative for a music school if you are looking to get into the local performing scene). I know they have a large marching band that supports a pretty big time football program. If you are looking at Ohio schools, what about Cincinnati or OSU?</p>
