Michigan vs. Syracuse

Hello Everyone.

I have a question. I plan to major in Sports Management and recently got into the University of Michigan and the David B. Falk School at Syracuse. I am having a tough time deciding what school to choose.

Any Suggestions?

Assuming costs are similar, Michigan is considered very strong in sports management and also is a stronger all around university. If your career goals change, chances are Michigan will have a strong major to enhance it. Furthermore, there are four major league sports teams within an hour’s drive of campus, in case internship opportunities open up there. Besides that, U-M now has Harbaugh. Already excitement is building with his addition.

True. I was given some money from Syracuse. I am just hesitating because there are only 50 students a grade in the Syracuse program so I feel that it really caters to your needs and the faculty helps each student find a job after college. Also, I would be able to minor in Newhouse (another highly respected school).

But Michigan is a stronger university. However, during my Sophomore year I will have to apply to the second level of the SM major. So, I am not fully into the major whereas in Syracuse, I am.
