<p>Hi!</p>

<p>This is a really minor issue. I will really appreciate your help.
I am having trouble submitting my midterm report. On the commonapp midterm report, I am supposed to have each of my professors put in my mid-semester grade, comment and sign. Am I supposed to take the form to each of my professors and have it filled? My dean says this isn't right. She is not permitting me to see the comments or my grade on the midterm report when I already know my grades. This sounds really stupid.</p>

<p>Isn't it possible that my dean just fills it on behalf of my professors? But then arises the problem of signatures of professors.</p>

<p>The dean can’t just fill it, it’s for the professors. You’re supposed to take it to every professor and have them fill it and then send it. Your dean has nothing to do with it and you don’t even have to tell him/her.</p>

<p>Take it to each professor. Also you do not need to sign the privacy notice. That only applies to recommendations.</p>
