<p>Help! I can't find the link for UPenn's Mid-Year Grade Report! Is is via Common App or is there a separate form? Also, what's the difference between the semester transcript and the Mid-Year Grade Report?</p>
<p>Also, I know there's a print out form for the Common App Mid-Year Grade Report, so do I have to fill that out AND ask my counselor to submit it online, or can I do one or the other?</p>
<p>Hi! So I’m not sure if Penn has a link to it… but your school should send it out for you! A Mid-Year grade report can contain more than just your transcript, such as added activities and a progress report from your counselor. Your counselor and school registrar’s office should be involved, because you need to have an official transcript. I would ask your counselor what they usually do!</p>

My counselor submitted it through the Common App, and Penn just downloaded it today!
Just to be certain, I called Penn, and they said that was all I had to do!</p>
