<p>Apparently my guidance counselor has deleted the email from the commonapp with her user name and password, did not write it down, and the commonapp system doesn't recognize her email to send her a new password/user name. I need her to log on to do my mid-year report and i've been trying for the last week to get this issue sorted out. Is there any way for me to have the report sent to her via my login? Could I delete her as my counselor and readd her so that she gets a new email, or will that delete my regular report that she already filled out?</p>
<p>Yea I read all of that, and I had my counselor submit a ticket asking for her user name last thursday. Unfortunately, she hasn’t been in school for the past few days, and I don’t know if they sent her anything. I was just hoping that there was some easier way that I was missing.</p>
