<p>You need to remove your counselor from your Common App Online, then re-invite her information again, but don’t enter her email address. She won’t receive an email message, and the Common App system will know she is sending her materials via mail. You’ll then be able to submit your app.</p>

<p>You need to delete your counselor since she declined your recommendation (which is why the Common App Online won’t let you submit). You can then invite her again but without an email address. She’ll automatically be an ‘offline’ counselor and you won’t bother her with another email invitation.</p>
<p>It will not work to re-invite her with the same email address. It will only annoy her if you enter a different email address and ask her to opt-out. Just re-enter her information without an email address.</p>
