<p>Ok, I know it is not required, but I do not know if I may still submit it if I want to. I had only perfect grades this semester, while last semester I had some lower grades, so I want MIT to know I recovered. Will I break the rules if I submit the Mid-Year report when it says on the website it is only for US-citizens or internationals following an US-based high school system? Please, help, because if I submit it, it has to be as soon as possible.</p>
