Mid-Year Report

Hello all!

My grades for dual-enrollment are available to upload to my high school transcript starting Feb. 18, which is past the Mid-Year Report deadline. Emory is the only college that I applied to requiring the Mid-Year by a certain deadline. I don’t want my counselor to upload my senior year course load and think that I slacked off (only took 5 courses at school, 4 at community college).

Do I submit the Mid-Year anyway and submit my cc grades as a supplement? This means I’ll have to send it to the 21 schools I applied to… (in retrospect not a smart idea)

Is there a way to only send the Mid-Year to Emory?

Does anyone know if Emory allows late submissions depending on circumstance? I emailed them twice, but have yet to receive a reply.

Thanks~

In many cases, your counselor can email application items to [admission@emory.edu] and this is perfectly fine. Just email (or even call) the office and explain the circumstances and they should allow you to send the mid year via email. They may even advise you to wait until you receive all grades. From my experience, their admissions office is generally very flexible.
