Mid-year report??

I have my NU stuff in, but I didn't think they wanted a mid-year report already; it's not yet the middle of my school year anyway. Their website wasn't entirely clear...
Does Northwestern require that I sent in a mid-year report along with my application and everything else before they make a decision? And because I don't have the mid-year report in, will they just ignore my application?
Thanks.

You obviously can't send a mid-year report until you finish your first term.

That's what I thought too. But this website seems to suggest otherwise: Applying, Freshman, Office of Undergraduate Admission - Northwestern University

"An application is not considered complete until we receive the necessary supplemental forms: .....# Midyear Report (pdf) - required of all Regular Decision freshman applicants "

But this website (Frequently asked questions, Freshman, Office of Undergraduate Admission - Northwestern University) doesn't mention the mid-year report.

Okay, to any of you who have already applied to Northwestern: did you send a mid-year report?

Based on my exerience with my DD, your file will require the midyear report to be considered "complete". You need to have sent in your most recent official transcript, and follow up with your grades/transcript with your senior grades mid-year. Some high schools have this ready in December, others later. You should be staying on top of your counseling office to make sure this is done. G'Luck!

By the time I had sent in my application, two terms were over at my school!!! That because our academic year starts in June and goes on till April, when we are required to take up a National Exam(If you're in grade X or XII)... So I sent all the transcripts till then.... But I dont think you need to send it immd or something... I think you should send it as soon as you get it....

Hey guys, could you help me out with this mid-year report issue? I'm taking a gap year. I don't have any mid year report to turn in, seeing as my transcript is complete. Do you think they will figure this out on their own, or will they consider my application "incomplete"? What should I do??? Please help! Thanks!!!
