Mid-year reports delayed

<p>AdmissionsDan,
When is the drop-dead date for mid-year reports from the school? Will Admissions take into account that a) some schools don't send them out til mid-Feb. in the best circumstances and that b) some of those schools were covered in snow for most of the two weeks of Feb.?</p>

<p>We were told the mid-years were supposed to be sent from the central office to the schools by the beginning of last week, but then that date became 2/19, and we still have no confirmation of if they've even arrived at the HS yet.</p>

<p>Should we go ahead and self-report mid-year grades to our regional rep, pending receipt of the actual school report?</p>

<p>I’m from Maryland (in addition to being its application reader) and I got photos from my family showing the mid-Atlantic burial. We’re aware it will cause delays; those delays will not hurt you.</p>

<p>I’d wait a bit - until the close of February. If we still don’t have them by then, you can ask your school to simply fax them over.</p>
