Mid-Year Reports, yet again

Okay, I’ve applied ED to a school that will mail out its decisions December 15th. They require a mid-year report that won’t be available till late December. So, will they make a decision without having seen the mid-year report or do I have to send the report cards?(it specifically states on the report to send grades of the first semester)

-Thanks in advance

They will make a decision by Dec. 15. They know they will not get first semester grades until January. However, your acceptance will probably be conditional on you having acceptable mid year grades. So, yes, you need to send the report card.

Your (hopefully) acceptance letter will state that your acceptance is contingent on your continuing academic success. That includes your final grades as well as midyear report.

What would it take for Cornell to rescind an (hopefully) acceptance letter?
Would one C(on a marking period or for the semester) be risky?

No. As long as you stay away from the Ds and Fs...those are really pushing it.
