<p>Tik Root, class of 2012, has gone missing in Syria, where he was studying abroad after having been evacuated from Alexandria earlier this year. He has been missing since March 18, and the Syrian government has indicated that they almost certainly have him in custody. Despite this confirmation, they have not released him. Please keep Tik and his family in your thoughts and prayers, and do all you can to get this story out to the media so that Tik can return home safely!</p>
