Middlebury College

what is the social life like at middlebury? is there any at all? is the college a close-knit community?
as for academics, how are the classes? do students get to really connect with their professors?
and finally, the dorms. are they comfortable? big or small?

There is a social life at Middlebury, as it is a close-knit community in a picturesque location. The town is cute, and most students are friendly. The college owns its own ski slope, and the summer writing conference is amazing.

As for student-professor interaction, there's a lot of it according to friends who attended/attend Middlebury. The dorms are slightly larger than average, although there are many options. Students tend to be left-of-center politically, even as they tend to dress a bit preppy, with hipsters thrown in.

i would recommend doing a campus visit. honestly, when i visited middlebury i was blown away with how much i loved it. I think that would answer a lot of your questions if a visit is something you could easily arrange
