Hopefully that title got your attention.

I have 2 teachers (AP Chem & H Adv.Algebra,Trig/Pre-calc) that I have a nice relationship with, loved having me as a student, and know me well. Then I have another teacher who I like to think i have the same relationship as the 2 mentioned, but he's such an awesome teacher i feel they're are a lot more students he's closer with above me.

However, none of these teachers come close to knowing me as well as my grade school teacher. Note I didn't indicate which grade. That's because my grade school was very small: this teacher was my 4th grade Social Studies teacher (her first year at that school), 5th & 6th English teacher, 7th grade homeroom teacher AND 8th grade homeroom teacher; 8th grade was a continuation of 7th grade because it was the same 28 of us, with the same teacher and the same classroom.

In addition to that, I played the lead role both years in the annual 7th/8th grade Shakespeare performances she directs.

There are many other contexts that I won't list (too many) she knew me in. Also, I routinely visit her at my grade school; after my parents, she knows me best.

In our memory book, she wrote the most heartwarming letter i have ever received: in it she identified every last trait of me, her appreciation for being able to witness it, and how she will miss me.

Just now i looked at the pdf of the teacher evaluation; it does not specify the teacher must be from high school (though im aware colleges do specify this)

My question then, is if the college allows it, should i send in a teacher evaluation from my middle school teacher?
