midyear report-fax or mail?

<p>should we fax or mail the midyear report?
[BTW i don't know if this is relevant whatsoever but im an ED admit so i kinda want to get it in now]</p>

<p>I believe it's okay if it's a few days overdue.</p>

<p>They prefer hard copies.</p>
