Does Emory require a midyear report? I sent one anyway, but... is it required, since it was on common app, so I thought we needed one. I looked all over Emory's admissions page, and there was no mention of it, and OPUS doesn't say I have anything missing... so... no... midyear report...?

Well if you sent one in, it won’t really matter right?

true… ok thanks then. did anyone else send one?

i sent in mine.

i’m pretty sure my guidance counselor sent mine?

they don’t require them, but will look at them if you send them (ie only send them if itll make you look better). that’s what someone in the admissions office told me today when I called.

They need it

Lol, I was already accepted, but I sent it anyway. So.

hopefully it would make me look better, but afitscher… emory needs midyear report, what?

I e-mailed the admissions office in January, and someone replied back saying it was a requirement. However, I could not find it mentioned anywhere on the website, and cer735 heard otherwise so…

I don’t think you need to worry since you sent them in. Better safe than sorry, right?

Hey, do you all know if Emory actually received your midyear report. There is no box for midyear report on the OPUS site. All my other schools did, but I called Emory and they said they did not receive it.
