Do schools with BAMD programs require midyear reports? U Miami, George Washington University, and Miami University (OH) dont normally require them, but I dont know if that also applies for BA/MD applicants. Does anyone know if they are needed at these schools?

Very good question...Unfortunately, I have absolutely no idea...any one have a clue?

OOO... I hope not

I have midterms this week, and man, it is NOT lookin good at all...

I think it goes by school, but I'm sure if its required. For example, Penn State (or was it Stevens?) has a mid-year report form in its application booklet, but IDK if you have to submit it.

I'm just going to submit mid-years to all 14 colleges I applied to, even the colleges that I got into for the basic school but not the med program yet. Better safe than sorry...

is it a big deal if we had a drop in our average..
on a 100 scale im talking about a 4-5pt drop..

What did it drop from.. from what to what?

i had straight A's up til senior year, then I got a B in BC Calc first semester, i would rather not send in the updated form, but Im not sure if it is required.

89 to 84...
thats unweughted..
weighted itll be an 87..
yeah i love being a senior..

..anywayz which schools require them?
I know GW does.. how about Rice, Rutgers, TCNJ?
Rice probably does..

rubens, how do u know that GW requires them? What is your source?

Rice requires one

i remember from the application.. i think

thanks jenskate

i dont recall there being an application for the BA/MD program, all i had to do was send an essay. Are you talkin about the application for undergrad admission?

rehan - the rice/baylor supplemental app comes in the acceptance packet.

for GW.. yeah in the application booklet there was a midyear report form thing..

jenskate - you recieve your rice decision yet?

jenskate is currently a rice student and a rice medical scholar!!! Yay!!:)
however, i received my rice decision since i applied ED...

thanks smazn for clearing that up, that's the second time this semester that I've been mistaken for a prospective! lol. :)
