<p>Is there a template for this? I went on the Caltech website and don't see a particular form to download for this. Is this something the high school has to submit? Is it only grades, or is there an opportunity to update academic awards and honors and activities?</p>

<p>I assumed it was similar to the MIT Feb Update Form due Feb 15th, but I don't see an explanation on the CT website. Any advice?</p>

<p>I talked to my counselor today about this and he said that, since they have a list of everywhere that I applied from my transcript requests (your school does this too, right?), they can take care of it. You still need to check with your high school, but don’t worry so much!</p>
